Westside Box Services

The safe and reliable transport of goods for artist and patrons of the arts. Westside Box values the preservation of artwork, which includes safe travel of work between destinations. We see the need for artist to transport work from studio to gallery, gallery to patron, etc within our community. We strive to provide the best service. Westside Box is dedicated to providing the safest possible handling for your goods while in our care. For your peace of mind, we offer a multiple services.

Combined Services

Services can be combined. Most common combined service is Pick up Delivery Service and Installation and Deinstallation. Work must be packaged ready to ship by the customer. We will deliver the work in the original packaging. This does not include wrapping of artwork. Packaging of artwork is an additional charge listed below which can be combined into an order. Local pick up delivery service and installation and deinstallation charges are estimated on an hourly basis of $120.00 per hour for one service representatives and a 10’ straight truck. Charges are estimated on an hourly basis. (Additional charges apply after business hours.)

One Service Representative $120.00 per hr

Two Service Representatives $140.00 per hr

Three Service Representatives $180.00 per hr

Four Service Representatives $250.00 per hr

Pick up Delivery Service

Is defined by picking up inventoried items at one location and dropping them off at another location. Work must be packaged ready to ship by the customer. We will deliver the work in the original packaging. This does not include wrapping of artwork, inventory of work at pick up, installation, break down or deinstallation. (Additional charges apply for additional stop) Local transit charges are estimated on an hourly basis of $80.00 per hour for one service representatives and a 10’ straight truck. Charges are estimated on an hourly basis. (Additional charges apply after business hours.)

One Service Representative $80.00 per hr

Two Service Representatives $100.00 per hr

Three Service Representatives $160.00 per hr

Four Service Representatives $220.00 per hr

Packing of Artwork

Packing charges are estimated on an hourly basis of $60.00 for one service representative $20 per additional service representative plus materials and travel time. Charges will include travel time to/from the Westside Box.(Additional charges apply after business hours.) Per piece pricing can be discussed. Artwork will be placed in cardboard corners and wrapped with plastic around the edges to protect them, the truck is equipped with moving blanket. (1hr minimum charge applies) material charge $3.00 per piece.

One Service Representative $60.00 per hr

Two Service Representatives $80.00 per hr

Three Service Representatives $120.00 per hr

Four Service Representatives $160.00 per hr

Installation and De-installation

All installation and de-installation work is estimated on an hourly basis of $100.00 for one representative $20 per additional service representative plus material and travel time. Charges will include travel time to/from the Westside Box Studio. (2hr. Minimum charge applies) (Additional charges apply for installation/ deinstallation of artwork that may need ladders or height restrictions which will require more representatives.)(Additional charges apply after business hours.)

Two Service Representatives $120.00 per hr

Three Service Representatives $140.00 per hr

Four Service Representatives $220.00 per hr

Inventory of artwork

Inventory Services are estimated on an hourly basis of $60.00 for one service representative $20 per additional service representative and travel time. Charges will include travel time to/from the Westside Box Studio.(Additional charges apply after business hours.) Storage Westside Box does not provide overnight storage.

Storage

Westside Box does not provide overnight storage.

Misc.

If time is a concern more representatives may be need to execute the services in a timely manner. Also height and weight and location of objects may warrant more representatives.
